Throughout the program, rami tea (@rami_tea_matcha) leads two signature workshops introducing guests to the art of ceremonial matcha and the wider world of tea. You will have the opportunity to learn traditional preparation techniques, explore origins and flavor profiles, and discover how a single plant can express itself in endlessly fascinating ways.

Learn how a single plant – Camellia sinensis – becomes white, green, oolong, or black tea. Taste exceptional teas from Georgia, Japan, Taiwan, and Nepal, and explore how oxidation, rolling, and roasting transform flavor and aroma.
The session concludes with a playful “mystery tea” challenge.
Takeaway: a deeper understanding of tea categories, production methods, and how to brew each type for its best expression.
