Blood pressure measurement
Blood pressure is one of the most important physiological characteristics of the human body. The heart pumps oxygen-rich blood to the tissues through the arteries. Blood pressure is the pressure created by the heart's work that exerts force on the walls of the arteries from the inside, which is an essential condition for maintaining circulation.
Pulse measurement
Pulse measurement is a simple but important health check that examines the number and rhythm of heartbeats to provide insight into the guest's current physical condition, load capacity, and the body's reactions to various treatments or exercises.
Oxygen saturation measurement
Oxygen saturation measurement is a quick and painless test that shows how saturated the blood is with oxygen – this provides important information about the current state of the respiratory and circulatory systems and helps track the effectiveness of personalized treatments.
Arteriography examination
Arteriography refers to the screening examination of the arteries, or the blood vessels. Through vascular examination, the elasticity and stiffness of the vessel walls can be determined, which may indicate the degree of atherosclerosis.
AGE test
A harmful substance formed when proteins and carbohydrates combine. It plays an important role in the aging processes and can be a precursor to several diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (and their complications). The AGE Reader shows the “quasi” biological age and measures the level of accumulated glycation end products in the body during a completely painless examination in less than 1 minute.
EKG examination
The electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) examination is a non-invasive procedure that records and graphically represents the heart's electrical activity. EKG electrodes are placed on various points of the body, on the chest, arms, and legs, to detect the heart's electrical activity.
With the help of the EKG examination, doctors can assess the heart's rhythm, the conduction system, the contraction of the ventricles and atria, as well as signs of potential heart problems, such as heart attacks or arrhythmias.
2 x Medical consultation
The medical consultation is provided through two personal meetings, during which qualified doctors evaluate the guest's health status in detail, answer their questions, and help develop the most appropriate treatment and lifestyle program for long-term well-being.
InBody body analysis
The InBody body analysis is an advanced body composition measurement that provides accurate data on body fat content, muscle mass, bone mass, and body water balance, thus assisting in the creation of personalized lifestyle plans, training programs, and treatments tailored to the guest's health status.
Dietary consultation and individual meal plan preparation
The purpose of the dietary assessment consultation is to evaluate nutritional status and eating habits.
Fitness status analysis and individual exercise program preparation
The purpose of the assessment is for our guests to gain insight into their physical fitness status. Through a fitness assessment conducted with a personal trainer, our guests can receive answers regarding their skeletal muscle fitness status, as well as their endurance and flexibility profile. Our specialists assess the condition of muscles and joints, as well as their load capacity.
Assessment and therapeutic plan by a physiotherapist
Personalized musculoskeletal assessment, during which a qualified physiotherapist identifies problematic areas and then develops a therapeutic plan tailored to individual goals for effective rehabilitation and movement improvement.
