Our hotel exclusively welcomes guests who have reached the age of 14, so they can enjoy complete tranquility and uninterrupted relaxation. Thus, our wellness services and gastronomy can focus on adult needs, ensuring harmonious recreation. 

Pets (dogs, cats) may be brought into the hotel's designated rooms for a fee. A maximum of 2 pets per room (maximum 20 kg per pet) can be accommodated, the fee is 56 EUR per pet-friendly room per night.

Please indicate your request at the time of booking or before arrival! You may also leave your pet alone in the room; in this case, please hang the „Pet in the room” sign on the door handle. Pets are not allowed in the LUMA Medical Spa and Aura Restaurant areas; the pet owner is responsible for any damage caused.

We provide parking options for our hotel guests on the hotel premises. The parking fee is gross 3,000 HUF / vehicle / night..

Charging options are also available for our guests arriving by electric car. Charging electric vehicles is available for a one-time fee of gross 5,000 HUF in addition to the basic parking fee. This can be utilized per stay.

Accessibility

Melea has 1 room designed for guests with reduced mobility. The public areas of the hotel are wheelchair accessible.

Electrical network

To use the power supply in your room, please insert your key card into the card holder next to the entrance door. The voltage in the hotel is 230 V / 50 Hz. If you need an adapter, please contact the reception.

EV charging station

A charging station for electric cars and e-bikes is available on the hotel premises. Charging e-bikes is free of charge; in the case of charging an electric car, the fee is a one-time 13 EUR per stay in addition to the parking fee.

Melea has an individually air-conditioned event room with natural daylight and blackout facilities and a total floor area of 120 m², which can be divided into 3 sections. Banquets can be hosted for up to 100 guests.

Infrared sauna

The infrared sauna is located in the sauna world and can be used daily from 8:00 to 20:00.

Jacuzzi

A jacuzzi is available in the pool hall daily from 8:00 to 20:00.

Yoga room and exercise studio

The LUMA Medical Spa has a yoga room and an exercise studio; please ask at the LUMA Medical Spa reception about group and individual sessions.

Booking and cancelling treatments

Treatments can be booked at the LUMA Medical Spa reception on the ground floor. Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. Treatments can be cancelled free of charge until 20:00 on the previous day by phone, e-mail or in person; after that, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.

Outdoor experience pool

The outdoor experience pool, accessible from the pool hall, is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00, the same hours as the indoor pool area.

Our LUMA Medical Spa on the ground floor welcomes guests daily from 8:00 to 20:00.

Tea bars

Two tea bars, in the lobby and in the LUMA Medical Spa, are available to guests every day of the week.

Dinner

Dinner is included in the package price and is served in the hotel restaurant from Sunday to Thursday between 18:00 and 21:00, and on Friday and Saturday between 17:30 and 21:30.

Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out

Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Luggage storage

We store luggage for arriving and departing guests in a dedicated, lockable room; please contact our reception staff.

Room key

Room doors open with a magnetic key card. Please keep your key card with you at all times, do not let it fall into the hands of third parties, and keep it away from moisture, heat, mobile phones and other electronic devices.

Valet parking

Upon arrival, our staff will park guests’ cars, and upon departure, they will bring them to the main entrance. The valet service is free of charge; the parking fee is charged for use of the parking lot.

Bed linen change

Bed linen is changed every two days, and daily upon request; for this, please contact the housekeeping staff!

Shoe shine service

Please place your shoes in the dedicated box in your wardrobe and leave it in the corridor next to your room door by 22:00. By 7:00 your shoes will be returned cleaned to your room or placed outside your door.

Non-slip bath mat

A non-slip mat for the bathroom can be requested at reception.

Evening turndown service (turndown)

Our evening turndown service is available upon request; it includes making the bed, removing the bedspread, tidying the room, and preparing it for the night. Please inform the housekeeping staff of your request!

Laundry and ironing service

Our hotel provides laundry and ironing services for our guests. Please use the laundry bag and list found in the room, and inform our housekeeping staff of your request! Laundry handed in by 9:00 a.m. will be returned to your room by 5:00 p.m. the same day. The service fee is included in the price list found in the room.

Daily cleaning

Rooms are cleaned daily between 9:00 and 16:00 during your stay; please let our housekeeping staff know if you have other preferences.

Lost and found

Items found on the hotel premises are kept by our housekeeping staff; for lost or found items, please contact our reception.

The Sárvár Arboretum, 700 m from the hotel, is open daily from 9:00 to 19:00 (opening hours may vary).

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire indoor area of the hotel. Smoking is permitted only in the two designated outdoor smoking areas. In the event of a violation of the ban, an extraordinary cleaning fee of EUR 200 will be charged.

Age limit

Melea is an adult-friendly hotel and exclusively welcomes guests aged 14 and over.

Visitors

Only guests registered at the reception may stay at the hotel; guests may receive visitors in the lobby.

Prohibited items

The following may not be brought onto the premises: corrosive and flammable materials, food and drinks purchased outside the hotel, psychotropic substances and narcotics, items of exceptionally high value, historical and archaeological artefacts, firearms, knives and other sharp or bladed objects, explosives and pyrotechnics.

Fire and safety

In case of fire, please leave the room immediately via the designated escape routes! The floor plan showing the escape routes is posted in the room. In case of fire, the elevators must not be used. The hotel premises may only be used for their intended purpose. Powder fire extinguishers are located on each floor. The hotel is non-smoking. It is prohibited to dispose of cigarette ash or matches among combustible waste or in the waste bin.
