
Muscle Conditioning is a full-body workout based on the structure of circuit training. During circuit training, exercises are performed either for a set number of repetitions or a specific amount of time. The primary goal is to develop muscle strength through a variety of exercises, which are repeated each circuit to achieve even more effective results.

Required equipment: sporty attire, and it is recommended to wear running or fitness shoes.
Duration: 60 minutes
