Details

Yoga is much more than a series of consecutive exercises. It is a complex system that combines movement and breathing. It balances the flow of energy within our body, helps us achieve harmony, and calms the mind. On a physical level, it corrects any posture-related issues, thereby improving our overall well-being. The relaxation practiced after the asanas supports complete relaxation. The goal is not only to stretch and move the physical body but also to relax it, making the session as restorative as possible.

Leisure Activity Description

Equipment required: the exercises are performed barefoot, sportswear is recommended.

Duration: 1 or 2 hours, depending on the group composition, which can be adjusted according to needs.

Professional conducting the session: Yoga instructor.
