The exercises learned in the session can be easily incorporated into daily life. Tasks that can be performed without equipment are simple to do anytime and, when practiced regularly, help reduce or prevent potential problems. It is especially recommended for those with sedentary jobs but can be beneficial for everyone from a preventive standpoint.
