
In our Preventive Spine Training activity, we introduce our guests to general spine and lower back mobilizing and stretching exercises. Performing the learned exercises daily is recommended to prevent the development of lower back and upper back issues. Due to its preventive nature, we recommend this program to all our guests regardless of age or lifestyle—whether they have a sedentary job or perform physical labor—because strengthening and stretching the muscles along the spine is essential.
