First day – Thursday
The functioning of the gut – The connection between our digestion and our soul.
Speaker: Dr. Gergő Nagy, Specialist in Internal Medicine, Manager of Melea MediSpa.
Second day – Friday
Nutrition lecture: Living foods, living gut flora – The science of fermentation.
Speaker: Júlia Péterfi, Melea Dietitian.
Third day – Saturday
Vegetable fermentation (lecture, tasting, workshop) – with products to take home.
Fourth Day – Sunday
Kombucha-making workshop (lecture, tasting, workshop) – with products to take home.
