14:00 – Arrival and Welcome in the Hall

A collective arrival, introductions, and attunement with Beáta Kállai.

An introduction to the world of breath – lecture.

Coffee break, tea, and refreshments available.

15:00 – Check-in to Rooms

Rest and get acquainted with the surroundings and the atmosphere.

16:00 – Sauna Ritual
An aromatic sauna experience accompanied by mindful breathing – cleansing body and soul.

17:00 – Breathing Practice in the Hall
Led by: Beáta Kállai

Letting go, arriving into presence, and opening to the subtle energies of the Breathing Journey.

19:00 – Shared Dinner
A light and nourishing dinner.

Gentle awakening movements and deep breathing exercises to energize the body.

08:30 – Breakfast

11:00 – Sauna Ritual

A herbal ritual with breath and deep relaxation.

14:00 – Breathing session with a live prayer wheel opening and Bognár Péter – handpan artist.
Led by: Kállai Beáta & Lucarebeka & Bognár Péter.
Lucarebeka's world of delicate and elevated movement, connected to ballet, is not just dance, but a ritual. The prayer wheel is an ancient symbol: the cycle, pure intention, and the activated power of inner prayers. As the movements flow, the space clears, attention rises, and something deeper, quieter opens within us. After the live prayer wheel opening, the breathing session begins – led by Kállai Beáta.
The process is accompanied by Bognár Péter, handpan artist.

17:00 – Sauna Ritual in the Wellness Area

An evening aromatic ritual to calm the body and mind.

19:00 – Dinner

20:00–21:30 – Floating Breath

Floating and breathing on mats – accompanied by a special live concert at the Melea Luxury Spa.

Led by: Kállai Beáta & Lucarebeka & Bognár Péter
A special guest during the program: Molnár Ferenc Caramel – when the breathing quiets down, and the body rests, Molnár Ferenc Caramel's song "Átutazók" resonates, and everything falls into place: the water, the sound, the movement, and the breath become a single memory.

Yoga: Nikolett Mikó

Gentle movements and gratitude breathing for closure.

Collective reflections, silence, sharing, and gratitude.

Two-night rate with half board and program:
