Nordic walking is an increasingly popular form of exercise that invites our guests to a high-intensity walk. The walk takes place outdoors, in the fresh air, surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is an excellent form of movement for improving aerobic capacity, placing less strain on the joints while still engaging the entire body.

 

A Nordic Walking előnyei:

  • It does not strain the joints and has no harmful side effects.
  • It activates 90% of the muscles, including the "core," which is most necessary for proper posture, as well as the spinal stabilizing muscles.
  • It has an extremely high fat-burning effect (about 30% greater than jogging), making it ideal for those who want to lose weight.

  • It is an excellent stress reliever, helping both physical and mental relaxation.

Leisure Activity Description

Required equipment: Weather-appropriate sporty clothing and comfortable sports shoes are recommended.

Duration: 45 minutes

Professional conducting the session: Personal trainer or physiotherapist.
