Pilates classes feature not only bodyweight exercises but also a variety of equipment: resistance bands, Pilates and gymnastics balls, small hand weights, Dynair cushions, Bosu balls, and SMR rollers. These tools partly increase the difficulty of certain exercises and partly help achieve more precise execution.
