In this class, guests will learn the practical basics of SMR (self-myofascial release) rolling, rolling of different muscle groups, dynamic stretching, and joint mobilization. Proper joint mobility and muscle flexibility are extremely important for both everyday life and as a complement to sports activities.

SMR (self-myofascial release) has gained significant popularity in recent years. It is a soft tissue manipulation technique that is believed to increase range of motion, speed up post-workout recovery, enhance muscle activation, and improve exercise performance. Our joint mobility significantly deteriorates due to the widespread sedentary lifestyle, especially prolonged sitting.

Leisure Activity Description

Equipment required: the exercises are performed barefoot, sportswear is recommended.

Duration: 60 minutes
