Details

Aquafitness combines the basic movements of aerobics and fitness with joint-friendly exercise in water, along with its beneficial effects on health. It is an excellent cardiovascular workout that also improves endurance and body awareness. A comprehensive full-body effect can be achieved by supplementing with bodyweight exercises or equipment such as water dumbbells, noodles, wrist, and ankle weights.

Leisure Activity Description

Required equipment: The program takes place in the pool, so a swimsuit is necessary.

Duration: 30 minutes

Professional conducting the session: Fitness instructor or physiotherapist.
