During the Easter weekend, we welcome our guests with a special, exclusive Easter menu.

Soups

• Wild garlic cream soup, ricotta gnocchi, crispy buckwheat
• White asparagus velouté with almond cream

Main courses

• Pike perch fillet, white asparagus, parsley new potatoes, sparkling beurre blanc
• Rosé lamb loin, parsnip purée, roasted baby carrots, Provençal jus
• Celery „steak” charred, marzipan carrot purée, beluga lentils

Dessert
