
The goal of this leisure activity is to increase body stability, enhance muscle strength, and improve movement confidence. It helps prevent falls in older adults and also serves to strengthen weak core muscles, making it suitable for all age groups—especially those with sedentary jobs. We perform increasingly challenging static and dynamic balance exercises, both with and without equipment.
Leisure Activity Description
Required equipment: comfortable sportswear and socks, as the exercises are performed without shoes.
Duration: 45 minutes
