Our guests can choose from our experience-oriented, educational, or healthy lifestyle-supporting programs according to their preferences – whether it's about active rejuvenation, conscious gastronomy, or peaceful relaxation.

Among our special experience programs, you can find gastronomic workshops – for example, preparing conscious sweets and healthy yet enjoyable dishes – outdoor movie screenings in our garden cinema, as well as various tastings of fermented delicacies and other exciting specialties.

During our educational programs, our experts prepare inspiring topics related to health-conscious, preventive lifestyles. Our presentations focus on topics such as nutrition, the role of the microbiome and gut flora, regeneration, stress management, and supporting physical and mental balance.

Among the diverse health and lifestyle-focused classes and activities are Nordic walking, water aerobics, sauna infusions, yoga for beginners and advanced levels, spinal yoga, relaxation, neck-shoulder exercises, balance training, preventive spinal training, Pilates, body shaping, muscle conditioning, as well as SMR, stretching, and mobilization. These sessions help to slow down, recharge, improve well-being, and support physical and mental regeneration.
