Group Activities
Melea - The Health concept

Our free, weekly changing leisure activities improve physical endurance and strengthen the body while also contributing to mental balance.
Movement
Preventive Spine Training
In our Preventive Spine Training activity, we introduce our guests to general spine and lower back mobilizing and stretching exercises. Performing the learned exercises daily is recommended to prevent the development of lower back and upper back issues.

Movement
Neck and Shoulder Exercise
In our Neck and Shoulder Exercise, the focus is on the upper body. The activity emphasizes strengthening and stretching the muscles of the neck and shoulder girdle.

Movement
Balance Training
The goal of this leisure activity is to increase body stability, enhance muscle strength, and improve movement confidence. It helps prevent falls in older adults and also serves to strengthen weak core muscles, making it suitable for all age groups—especially those with sedentary jobs.

Movement
Muscle Conditioning
Muscle Conditioning is a full-body workout based on the structure of circuit training. During circuit training, exercises are performed either for a set number of repetitions or a specific amount of time.

Movement
SMR + Mobilization + Stretching
In this class, guests will learn the practical basics of SMR (self-myofascial release) rolling, rolling of different muscle groups, dynamic stretching, and joint mobilization. Proper joint mobility and muscle flexibility are extremely important for both everyday life and as a complement to sports activities.

Movement
Body Shaping
Body Shaping is a small-group training activity that primarily includes exercises performed with weights and machines. The main goal is muscle building and body shaping, with a key focus on the correct execution of weightlifting exercises.

Movement
Nordic Walking
Nordic walking is an increasingly popular form of exercise that invites our guests to a high-intensity walk. The walk takes place outdoors, in the fresh air, surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Movement
Let’s Run Together!
During the Let’s Run Together leisure activity, we invite guests to run together. The training sessions are flexible and depend on the participants' abilities and fitness levels.

Movement
Yoga
Yoga is much more than a series of consecutive exercises. It is a complex system that combines movement and breathing. It balances the flow of energy within our body, helps us achieve harmony, and calms the mind.

Movement
Pilates
The body can develop where the soul feels good. With the help of the Pilates method, we create balance both in the body and the mind.

Movement
Aqua Fitness
Aquafitness combines the basic movements of aerobics and fitness with joint-friendly exercise in water, along with its beneficial effects on health. It is an excellent cardiovascular workout that also improves endurance and body awareness. A comprehensive full-body effect can be achieved by supplementing with bodyweight exercises or equipment such as water dumbbells, noodles, wrist, and ankle weights.

Lecture
"With biological thinking on the path to health preservation and restoration."
Paying attention to the body’s signals is the key to health. When we better understand how our body works, we realize that symptoms are not random — they are messages from the body during an active phase of an internal conflict.

Lecture
“On the waves of our family life – are we surfing or drowning?”

Lecture
“Not just coffee for that extra energy”
The stimulating effect of caffeine on the body is well known, but do we also understand its other impacts? In certain situations or bodily conditions, caffeine intake and its energizing effect may need to be replaced by other sources.

Lecture
"Understanding Carbohydrates and Related Problems"
Modern nutrition trends often label carbohydrates as “bad,” but understanding their true role is key to healthy eating. This presentation explains what carbohydrates are, their essential functions, and covers lactose (including lactose intolerance) and the pros and cons of fructose.

Lecture
"Dietary Fiber: Key to a Healthy Digestive System"
There is growing scientific evidence about the role of fiber in our diet. Proper quality and quantity of fiber are essential for the body’s proper functioning and the biological effects of fiber.

Lecture
“In the Maze of Our Emotions – The Heart as the Map, the Mind as the Compass”
Our desires, joys, needs, commitments, sorrows, and many other emotions accompany us throughout life, often clashing with each other: I should be home on time, but I still have important tasks; I want to meet my friends, but my child has a school event; I need to relax, but then I might miss business opportunities.
