If you wish to check in earlier or check out later than the official times, please inform us at least one day in advance.

Pets (dogs up to 15 kg) are allowed in limited numbers for an additional fee of 30 EUR per day (meals are not included). Please kindly inform us in advance if you are arriving with a pet. Pets are not allowed in the medispa and restaurant areas. The owner is responsible for any potential damages caused by the pet.

Free Wi-Fi internet is available in the guest rooms and throughout the entire hotel.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire indoor area of the hotel. There are two designated smoking areas located on the outdoor premises of the hotel.

To finalize the room reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total amount is required. The booking will only become valid if the deposit is received by the deadline specified in the confirmation.

All individual room reservations can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 2 days prior to arrival will result in the hotel charging the paid deposit as a cancellation fee.

Payment for hotel services can be made on-site in cash, by bank card, or with OTP, MKB, and K&H SZÉP cards.

All room reservations include half board, which comprises à la carte breakfast and dinner. A snack menu is also available between 2 PM and 6 PM. Guests who book a program automatically receive full board.

The hotel provides free, private, and secured parking for its guests, which also includes a charging station for electric cars. Use of the parking and charging station is free of charge.

The wellness and medispa area is open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Our treatments can be booked at the Spa reception located on the ground floor under the following conditions: please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment, and treatments can be canceled free of charge up to 14 hours before the scheduled start time. Otherwise, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
