In accordance with the hotel's 5-star superior standards, Melea restaurant provides à la carte dining options. Our kitchen is born from the unique fusion of healthy nutrition principles and the sophisticated sensory art of gastronomy. Our goal is to show how healthy eating can be at the same time diverse, mouthwatering, and a visually stunning culinary journey.

We prepare our nutrient-rich dishes using the highest quality Hungarian ingredients, primarily local, seasonal, and fresh. Executive Chef Gábor Gyurik transforms these into a fine dining experience. Our menus follow the seasons, constantly changing and always based on the freshest ingredients available.

Conscious Nutrition

By using medicinal and culinary herbs, along with gentle cooking techniques, we aim to enhance the beneficial effects on health. We achieve a low AGE (advanced glycation end-products) load by selecting carefully chosen ingredients and employing special cooking methods such as sous-vide and various steaming techniques.

In designing our dining approach, we have developed a flexible method that continuously supports our guests in guiding their nutrition in the right direction at their own pace. Informative lectures, workshops, and cooking lab sessions rich in valuable knowledge provide our guests with the necessary information and practical guidance.
