Weekly leisure activities

Melea’s weekly leisure activities are available free of charge for all hotel guests. The diverse range of classes and activities includes Nordic walking, aqua fitness, sauna rituals, yoga (for beginners and advanced), spine yoga, relaxation, neck and shoulder exercises, balance training, preventive spine training, body shaping, Pilates, muscle conditioning, as well as SMR, stretching, and mobility exercises. These experiences help you recharge, improve your overall well-being, and support both physical and mental regeneration.
