Step into the refreshing and diverse world of kombucha! Fruzsina Farkas presents the entire process of making kombucha in detail, from the basics to flavored, bubbly versions. You will learn how the SCOBY works, what steps lead to stable and delicious fermentation, and how to produce high-quality kombucha at home.
During the workshop:
- Illustrative lecture on the fermentation of kombucha and the beneficial effects of the drink
- Tasting of various kombuchas that showcase the different phases and flavor profiles of fermentation
- practical part, during which you can prepare your own take-home starter kombucha
- tips for the second fermentation, flavoring options, and achieving fizziness
