We are proud to announce that we are the first in Hungary to achieve LEED Gold certification in the BD+C Hospitality category, which is recognition of our green, sustainable real estate development.
LEED is the most widely used green building certification system in the world, rating properties in 4 categories – Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The framework assesses how well buildings comply with ESG regulations and their impact on people and the environment.
The hotel was designed with sustainability in mind, including the use of a modern and energy-efficient heat pump for cooling and heating, natural lighting and outdoor lighting to reduce light pollution.
