The meals are mainly plant-based, but may also include fish, farm-raised chicken and occasionally red meat, taking into account our guests’ preferences, allergies and intolerances.
Already in the choice of raw materials, we pay attention to following anti-inflammatory principles, avoiding excessive consumption of omega-6 fatty acids, increasing the dietary ratio of omega-3 and omega-9 fats.

Innovation

Alternatives to coffee, such as Matcha latte, golden milk, chicory coffee or green tea, recommended by dieticians, can also help to optimize the body’s workload and recovery.
