The Chef's Studio is a classroom where our guests can learn in an enjoyable and practical manner. We know how easy it is to fall back into old bad habits when returning to everyday life. That's why we show how our guests can select and use fresh and nutritious ingredients to prepare nourishing, healthy, and exceptionally tasty meals at home.
HORTICULTURE
We do everything in our power to ensure our guests can learn the principles and methods of healthy eating. The Melea Health Concept Hotel's herb garden is a living classroom, where our guests can understand in context how the food they consume affects their health.
