Our hotel accepts small pets in limited numbers. The fee for guests arriving with a small pet is 50 EUR / pet-friendly room / night. In each room, a maximum of 2 small pets (dogs, cats) weighing up to 20 kg can be accommodated.

Please indicate your arrival with a small pet at the time of booking or before arrival.. The Medical and Spa, as well as the restaurant areas do not allow the entry of small pets. The owner is responsible for any damages caused.

Free Wi-Fi internet is available in the guest rooms and throughout the hotel.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire interior area of the hotel. There are 2 designated smoking areas in the exterior area of the hotel.

To finalize the room reservation, the full amount of 20% must be paid in advance. The reservation only becomes valid if the deposit arrives by the deadline specified in the confirmation.

Any individual room reservation can be canceled or modified without penalty until the 3rd day before arrival. In case of cancellation within 2 days before arrival, the hotel will charge the paid deposit as a penalty.

The payment for hotel services can be settled on-site in cash, by credit card, as well as with OTP, MKB, and K&H SZÉP cards.

The payment for our health/medical services can be settled in cash, by credit card, as well as with health fund cards.

We have contracts with the following health funds:

We provide parking options for our hotel guests on the hotel premises. The parking fee is gross 3,000 HUF / vehicle / night..

Charging options are also available for our guests arriving by electric car. Charging electric vehicles is available for a one-time fee of gross 5,000 HUF in addition to the basic parking fee. This can be utilized per stay.

The wellness and medispa section is open every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The fitness room's opening hours are: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Our treatments can be booked at the Spa reception located on the ground floor under the following conditions: arrival 10 minutes before the treatment, treatments can be canceled free of charge 14 hours before the start, otherwise, the treatment will be charged as a penalty of 100%.
